These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BA Morphic & Energetic Fields website and your purchase of our digital products. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Digital products

Our products are digital audio files and related downloadable materials. Purchases are fulfilled through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad). Access is delivered electronically. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us and we will make it right.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request. Refunds for products purchased through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's policies.

3. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly broadcast the files, or use them to create derivative commercial works, without our written permission.

4. Referral program

Our referral program lets you earn rewards by sharing your unique referral link. Rewards are issued at the tiers described on our site. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, spam, and abuse are prohibited and will void any rewards. Rewards have no cash value.

5. User-submitted content and testimonials

If you submit a testimonial, review, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in our marketing and on our site. You confirm the content is truthful and your own. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

7. Intellectual property
