Continuing with the alchemy of love. another all-nighter. Wouldn’t recommend this way of doing this to everyone generally lol. But it really did some work again. I had a couple of very symbolic dreams of facing some unconscious fears, one of them woke me up with a scare. At work I feel like I’ve softened on the inside but also a bit raw so need to stay a bit detached from anything dramatic. This has helped me get more conscious of the deeper blockages that have kept the heart closed.

Alchemy of Love: Went "old-school" and looped this through the night. Heart Center feels more active and open this morning. Had some weird dreams though. Mostly feeling the energetic activation in the chest area, takes probably time to see how emotional blocks and similar start changing.

Freedom from fear: I use this one mostly passively. At first I felt a lot of fear as a lot came up to process. Over time subtle shifts began to occur, fear of certain things started to loose it’s grip. In the beginning it was hard to notice, but looking back the grip that fear had over me started to break. Freedom From Fear 2.0: Been looping V1 all night, woke up and launched this. Contrast is unbelievable and results are immediate. Freedom from Fear 2.0: I found easier to reply to people than before but you may have anger and other undesired emotions. If you do, you may know what else to do to clear them up. I would say that I am less afraid to do things. I found out it would displease more people but I kept going anyway. In the past, I would try to be more careful. Now I am more direct. I would not have spoken up as much in the past.

Freedom from Fear 2.0 is a field I’ve had for awhile and haven’t done much with. My mistake. It’s a terrific field which works wonderfully to eliminate feelings of fear/anxiety. I haven’t used this long term, but I will be to eliminate fear in me. Highly, highly recommended!

Was rough... still is a bit rough but wake up feeling lighter everyday like a slightly different person with more ease and body with less tension.
