I've been using this field almost nightly for the last two months and have tested it in a wide range of conditions. Since I started, I don't remember experiencing any insomnia. It works on animals too. I've been playing it in my room at night with my elderly dog (he's 14 y.o.) and he's begun to run around the house faster than I've ever seen him run before. He's extremely energetic now.

This, at least for me, works way way better than MV. There is some clearing happening. Just feels like a very deep and thorough integration of everything.
