Just used this on the tail end of my workout , and I could feel the field bring my posture into total alignment.

Feet arches engaged
Hips aligned with center of gravity
Core properly tucked
Scapula retracted
Increased hand strength

I'm gonna continue looping...cause that's how I roll but initial contact is fantastic.
